Any claims for a misprinted/damaged/defective item must be submitted within 14 days after it has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. The longer your leave it, the more exponentially impossible it becomes to figure out.
Generally, the contact form below should be your first instinct for anything you find wrong with your order. A word of advice, your tone will be reflected back at you. Any service expectations you have should be adjusted accordingly.
